Our facility is first class all the way! We have a beautiful, well designed, private facilty with plenty of natural light and ventilation in a fully insulated barn. Barn aisles have full height screen doors including doors leading directly out to our large covered arena. The barn stays well above freezing in the winter months and is considerably cooler than outside in the summer. We use Polar cooling fans in the summer which bring the barn temperature down considerabyl (they are like portable AC units). The barn roof has a ventilation system to improve air circulation in our hot summer months. Stalls are 12x12 with the option to lease a 12x24 stall (space permiting). We also have a full size outdoor arena. Both our covered and indoor arenas have great footing and we have the right grooming equipment to ensure optium footing on a daily basis. Turnout pastures have run in sheds. We provide well bedded stalls to ensure the ultimate comfort for your horse! We are one of the few barns in the area feeding hay and grain three times daily and we feed only PREMIUM quality feeds from Pennfield and KER. Our horses all look and feel great!

The property is gated and is not accessible to the public. We have a video security system throughout the entire barn and covered arena area giving us 24 hr security which is accessible remotely.

NEWS: We now have DUST FREE footing in our covered arena that does not require watering! We have also added new footing in our outdoor arena and have added a full size dressage court.
