Sandy Gregoryand her holsteiner mare Calimba

"My jumpers have benefited tremendously from the dressage work that I have been doing with Kim. Both of my horses were started and competed in Germany then imported to the US, so were trained with the German principles. The dressage training has given me a better understanding of how to access my horses' athletic abilities, greater adjustability riding to the jumps, better ridablility between the jumps, and has given my horses much better strength and balance." Training/Instruction

Students of all levels from beginner to advanced, amatuers and professionals are offered a variety of training options based on the individual needs of the horse and/or riders. One thing is common...the program focuses on correct basics. Dedication, commitment to a program, smart work, consistency, and a focus and appreciation for the basics are the cornerstones of success! These principles apply to horses and riders of all levels and are the keys to a successful program regardless of whether you are starting out at Intro or mastering the FEI levels.

When it comes to reschooling horses I take the time to correct the problem from its roots. No short cuts to get the horse and/or rider into the show ring! The horse's health and well being as an individual are priority one. Horses with very solid training and students who know how to ride correctly and handle a variety of training situations are the product of the program. Students learn to really ride and train their horses in and out of the show ring not just pilot the horse around around a test.

Lesson and training packages are available.

Since our move we are very happy to welcome our new clients and training horses. I'm excited to work with several new horses including some very talented Lusitanos and P.R.E.'s!

Real Diamond: 1999 Oldenburg gelding by Rohdiamont out of a Pik As mare. Diamond is beginning to show his true potential with wins at PSG and Intermediare 1 in 2009 and 2010. He is schooling 1’s and piaffe and has a lovely passage. Currently being successfully shown by his amateur owner at Prix St Georges and Intermediare 1.

Bonjardim VO: Boo Boo as he is known around the barn is quite the character and is a super talented 2006 Grey Lusitano that his mom, Suzanne, imported from Brazil in 2010. Boo and mom have made great progress over the past 10 months!! Boo has really lovely gaits with very good impulsion, elasticity and swing and has developed a really beautiful topline. His swing would make Marilyn Monroe jealous! He already has a very technically correct piaffe, good lateral work, and clean changes. The passage is well started and as he gets stronger he shows us glances of what his "big boy" trot is going to look like. Look for this guy in the FEI levels in the future!! I'm very excited for Boo and Suzanne!!
